Job Title: Facility Supervisor

Description

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to support the effective management and maintenance of residential and corporate facilities.
• The ideal candidate will assist in supervising facility operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring that service delivery meets established standards.
• This role requires someone with a basic technical understanding of building systems and the ability to coordinate artisans, vendors, and service teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day supervision of facility operations across assigned properties.
• Monitor and coordinate routine maintenance and repair activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Supervise artisans, cleaners, technicians, and other service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance issues and escalate where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards within the facility.
• Track and report maintenance requests, complaints, and work orders, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the Facility Manager in implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors during maintenance or repair works.
• Maintain proper documentation and reports on facility activities and service performance.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and escalate to the Facility Manager when required.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Engineering, Estate Management, Building Technology, or related field.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in facility management, property management, or building maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and service providers effectively.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
